My novel - 'Election Dance' - is available! You can either order it via Internet at: www.trafford.com/05-3096 , where you will find all the relevant info plus 3 excerpts, OR you can wait until Sept. 30, when I'll officially present it at Museo di Korsou at a book signing event, 17.00 - 19.00 during a 'Ban Topa Kultural'.(some music and I'll read some passages; bar & snacks are available at reasonable prices and many old friends will be present). As a once-only opportunity I will offer the book for Ang. 50,-, because I ordered 300 copies (now some 250 left) at author's discount. Otherwise it will cost you $27.50 plus shipping (from Canada's Westcoast) It is an 'online' and 'print-on-demand' publication and therefore expensive.

You can help me with promoting the novel on the Internet by mailing the novel's website (trafford.com/05-3096) to your contacts, asking them to forward the website to their contacts, etc. If you have read the book and liked it, you can even write ashort recommendation, as the attachment shows. Freddy Breedijk wrote that raving review (see below) and has sent it to 50 contacts in the States. You see, for my novel to become a success it needs to be noticed by the normal publishers. They keep track of online publishers' authors' book sale and will offer contracts to those whose works show sale potential.

Recently I have finished a very exciting novel set in Curacao and written by an old friend of mine Joseph Hart, who also lives in Curacao.

The book's title is “Election Dance” and this is his first novel.

It is difficult to categorize this book as it can be described as a crime story as well as a romantic and erotic thriller interwoven with very realistic depictions of the political and cultural actualities in Curacao.

The book has been written in superb English and once started, I can guarantee, that you will not be able to put it down before finishing the last page.

The setting of the book is in Curacao but could have been in any other place. Of course if you know Curacao, you will recognize situations; and if you have never been in Curacao, you will be enticed to maybe visit Curacao in the future.

I highly recommend this book and truly believe that it can be a best-seller if properly promoted and I look forward to future novels by this author.
