 The commemoration of 100-death of the painter Vincent van Gogh in 1990, created an opportunity to license hundreds of products under the Van Gogh brand name in many countries of the world, especially in Japan. Licensing under this brand name is continued by the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam until the very day of today.
